INJURY REHABILITATION
Recovering from an injury is an important aspect of rehabilitation for athletes and non-athletes. Although the fundamentals of rehabilitation are similar, there are notable distinctions between sports assessment and general assessment. Sports assessment considers the unique requirements of the athlete's sport, whereas general assessment concentrates on overall mobility and function. Recognising these distinctions can aid in achieving a successful rehabilitation outcome.
